Two SITA Sud bus lines cover every day trip, stopping along the SS163 coast road through Praiano. Buses run roughly 06:40–22:55, about 2–3 an hour in summer. The day trips below all fall on Mon–Sat service days.

Fares — SITA: Praiano↔Positano, Praiano↔Amalfi and Amalfi↔Ravello are each EUR 1.50 single (zone AC1); Praiano↔Sorrento is EUR 2.80 (AC3). A COSTIERASITA 24-hour pass is EUR 10 — worth it on the two-bus Ravello day. Mobility Amalfi Coast: EUR 1.30 in advance, EUR 1.80 on board, EUR 4 day pass.

How to buy a SITA ticket — at any shop showing the SITA SUD logo before you board: tabaccherie (tobacco shops), bars, newspaper stands. Drivers don't sell them. In Praiano, the easiest are the tabaccheria on the main square and the bar at the SS163 bus stop. The UNICO Campania app sells digital tickets too (App Store ↗ · Google Play ↗).

How to buy a Mobility ticket — at the tabaccheria right of Collina Bakery in Positano (directly across from the bus stop), or on board (+EUR 0.50).

Validate every paper ticket on board — push it into the yellow/red stamp machine the moment you get on. Unstamped tickets are treated as fare evasion (EUR 50+ fine). The UNICO Campania app self-validates when you start the ticket.

Lawrence at the final retreat workshop (personal growth + 12-month commitments session at the villa). Each person maps their next 12 months, support needed, team locks a concrete action plan.

12:00 to 1:30 PM

Final villa lunch, build-your-own buffet: Italian panini (focaccia, salami, prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, basil, olive oil), caprese plate, grilled chicken baguette (pesto mayo, rocket, tomato).

Morning (Trisha)

Villefranche-sur-Mer, swim at Plage des Marinières, a long seaside lunch, gelato or wine by the water, slow walk through the old town. Or Jardin Serre de la Madone (€8, 10 AM to 6 PM, tiered citrus garden) closer to the villa.

Afternoon (Trisha)

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, 10 to 15 min transfer from Villefranche. Coastal walk along the peninsula, a swim at the hidden coves, coffee with sea views. Or coastal walk Menton to Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (Le Corbusier path, ~1 hr each way).

1:30 PM onwards

Free time. Old town walk, journal, nap, swim, call home.

7:00 PM

Eric picks up from the villa, 2 cars, 50 € per car (cash). Drives the group down to Loulou Pirate.

7:30 PM

Final retreat dinner: Loulou Pirate, MentonCliffside seafood. Booked, 7 people. Final dinner of the trip.
